Assessment Fee

To secure your place in the queue and cover the technician's time for assessing your machine, we require an upfront assessment fee starting at $50 + GST when you book your machine in. After the assessment, we will provide you with a quote. If you accept the quote, the assessment fee will be deducted from your total invoice.

Turnaround Time

Your machine is queued from the date it is brought in to our service centre. Turnaround times vary depending on our current workload and the nature of the repair. If parts are required, this can extend the timeframe as we may need to wait on supply. Please note that Test & Tag services require at least 1 business day's notice. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Domestic Machinery

Please note that we are a commercial repair agent and do not service domestic machinery. However, we may be able to assist with accessories such as cords, floor tools, and vacuum bags. Feel free to get in touch and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction.
