Cancellation policy

Ownership of goods remains the property of Commercial Cleaning Repairs until payment is received in full. Commercial Cleaning Repairs have the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned of 15%.
Please choose your purchase carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind- Exchanges must be made within 14 working days of the purchase date. The invoice is required for all exchanges.
Items must be in the original condition and packaging for the exchange. Freight and associated costs of all product exchanges will be met by the customer. Please contact customer service immediately (within 5
days) with any stock discrepancies or freight damage. Paywave and credit card conveniences carry a surcharge of 2%. Payment over the phone is not accepted. Payment by screenshot is not accepted until
accounts have cleared the payment, this must be done a day in advance to prevent any delays.
Commercial Cleaning Repairs reserves the right to reverse any discounts and charge interest of 15% per month of the total due as per our terms and conditions.
