Geller Ultra 7 is a versatile, low-foaming neutral floor cleaner specifically engineered for daily cleaning of high-finish commercial floors where the appearance and condition of the floor surface is critical to the professional impression of the facility. Its precisely neutral pH formula is certified safe on protective floor coatings, floor polish, and waxed surfaces — providing absolute assurance that it will not dull, strip, or damage even the most sensitive floor finishes over repeated daily use.
Ultra 7 is designed to be used after dust mopping or sweeping, which removes the loose soils that abrade floor surfaces and compromise the effectiveness of wet cleaning. Once applied, its advanced formula lifts and removes bonded grime, grease, and soiling without leaving any film, streak, or residue — the floor dries to a natural, clean shine without the need for buffing. The no-rinse formula significantly reduces cleaning time and labour compared with cleaners requiring a separate rinsing step.
Low-foaming and highly dilutable, Ultra 7 is equally effective in auto-scrubbers and conventional mop-and-bucket systems, and its excellent dilution rate — 1:50 for heavy cleaning through to 1:100 for daily maintenance — delivers outstanding cost-in-use efficiency for commercial operations cleaning large floor areas daily.

Before You Begin
Dust mop or sweep floor prior to wet mopping to remove loose soils. Suitable for sealed and unsealed floors including high-finish and polished surfaces. Neutral pH formula will not dull or strip protective coatings or floor polish. We recommend testing on a small inconspicuous area prior to use on specially coated or polished floors to ensure compatibility. No rinsing required after use.
Mop & Bucket – Heavy Duty Cleaning
Dilute at 1:50 ratio with potable water. Apply evenly with a mop and clean the surface thoroughly. For tough stains allow the solution to sit for a few minutes before scrubbing. Mop up excess solution with a tightly wrung-out mop. No rinsing required — allow to air dry.
Mop & Bucket – General Cleaning
Dilute at 1:75 ratio with potable water. Apply with a mop to floors and hard surfaces. Mop up excess solution and allow to air dry leaving a streak-free, film-free finish. No rinsing required.
Mop & Bucket – Light Maintenance
Dilute at 1:100 ratio with potable water. Suitable for daily maintenance cleaning of all floor types. Apply with a mop, remove excess solution, and allow to air dry. No rinsing required.
Auto Scrubber
Dilute at 1:50 ratio with potable water. Fill auto scrubber with diluted solution and scrub floor with approved pads as per machine instructions. Trail mop machine turns and edges to pick up any remaining solution. Low-foaming formula ideal for scrubbing equipment. Allow floor to dry thoroughly. No rinsing required.
Spray Bottle – Spot Cleaning
Dilute at 1:50 for heavy soiling, 1:75 for general cleaning, or 1:100 for light duty. Spray directly onto surface, allow to penetrate, then wipe clean. No rinsing required — allow to air dry. Note: MPI Approved C32. Neutral pH — will not dull or strip floor polish or protective coatings. No rinsing required. Always rinse food contact surfaces with potable water before production starts.
